Promotion Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility: This promotion is open to individuals who share or follow the IDXSite End-of-Year Promotion ("Promotion") on eligible social media accounts. The promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
2. Promotion Period: This promotion is valid through December 31st, 2024. IDXSite reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
3. Discount Details:
- Initial Share: Customers who share this promotion on one eligible social media account will receive a $100 credit toward services with IDXSite.
- Additional Shares: For each additional share or follow on eligible social media accounts, customers will receive an additional $50 credit, up to a maximum of $500 in total credits.
- Total Maximum Credit: The total discount cannot exceed $500 per customer. Credits are not redeemable for cash and can only be applied toward IDXSite services.
4. How to Claim: To qualify for the discount:
- Complete the entry form provided with the promotion.
- Share or follow the promotion on eligible social media accounts. Proof of sharing or following may be required.
- IDXSite will confirm the discount amount based on the number of shares or follows and apply the credit towards your account for use on future services.
5. Conditions of Use: Credits earned through this promotion are non-transferable, non-refundable, and are valid only toward eligible IDXSite services. Credits may not be combined with other promotions, discounts, or offers unless expressly stated by IDXSite.
6. Limitation of Liability: IDXSite assumes no responsibility or liability for any incorrect or inaccurate information related to this promotion or for any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of entries. IDXSite reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these terms and conditions.
7. Modification and Termination: IDXSite reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without notice. In the event of termination, all valid credits issued up to that point will be honored according to these terms and conditions.
